These terms govern your use of the TyresPro Ltd website and the mobile tyre fitting services we offer. By using our site or booking a job with us, you agree to these terms.
TyresPro Ltd provides 24/7 mobile tyre fitting in Liverpool and surrounding areas. Services include new tyre fitting, part-worn tyre fitting, puncture repair and run-flat replacement. Job suitability is at the fitter’s professional discretion based on the safety condition of the vehicle and tyre.
Prices for parts and labour are confirmed by phone before we travel. A mobile callout charge may apply for roadside work and will be made clear before booking. Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed.
You may cancel a booking by phone or WhatsApp. If a fitter has already been dispatched, a small callout fee may apply.
New tyres are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Workmanship (fitting, balancing, repairs) is guaranteed against defects for 30 days from completion. The warranty does not cover damage caused by road hazards, kerbing, under-inflation, misuse, or further wear.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single job is limited to the price paid for that job. We carry public liability insurance for our mobile fitting work.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false information through any of its forms.
Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
